I am delighted you are here! My journey began as a teacher but I soon shifted gears when I found myself looking for answers and, much before I realized it, I was en route to the most transformative course of my life: becoming a counsellor. For over 12 years, I have dedicated myself to supporting children and parents, learning from and growing with countless families.
Tailored support to help children achieve educational goals and stay motivated.
Guidance for adolescents to explore career options and make informed decisions.
Identify developmental delays early and provide timely support for growth.
Personalized tools and strategies to build strong, positive family relationships
Supportive small group sessions to share experiences and strategies with other parents.
Interactive sessions to equip parents with practical skills and knowledge on various topics.
Step 1
Get started by scheduling an appointment to discuss your family’s needs. We’ll identify the key areas where you need support and set objectives.
Step 2
Engage in a detailed consultation tailored to your specific needs. Whether it’s early screening, academic support, or parenting strategies, we’ll develop a customized plan together.
Step 3
Apply the personalized guidance and strategies. Experience positive changes in your family’s interactions and your child’s development.
Academic & Career Counselling
A parent intervention is designed to assist the parents in managing and improving their family dynamics, parenting skills and address specific issues related to their children’s development and wellbeing. It puts you the parent on the driver’s seat and allows you to take charge while building your insight on the issue at hand.
If you are experiencing persistent difficulties in your parenting role, noticing significant behavioural changes in your child, feeling overwhelmed or stressed, facing challenges that you are unequipped to handle alone, it may be beneficial to seek professional counselling.
Parent intervention and counselling services are provided by Licensed Therapists and Specialists with a formidable experience and well accomplished in their specific areas of work.
Yes, counselling services are confidential. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines that
ensure your privacy and confidentiality of your discussions, with certain legal
exceptions (eg reporting child abuse)
The duration of the counselling can vary based on the issues being addressed and the progress made. The goal is to build your insight through awareness and help you create a roadmap to enable you to navigate through challenges in life.
Please find a detailed breakup in our ‘contact us’ section.
Yes, the sessions can be had both online and offline.
If your child is reluctant to participate, it is still beneficial for parents to seek
guidance. We can provide strategies and offer support for you to implement the
strategies at home.
As of now we only provide one on one sessions but we would soon be starting with our “Sunday Conversations” on some of the more common issues faced by parents. Intimation for the same would be through our website.
We would encourage you to list out specific issue or goals you want to be addressed. Gather relevant information or documentation (medical report, school report cards etc). Be rteady to discuss your family history and dynamics and any personal issue that is weighing down on you. Have an open mind and be willing to engage in the process.
Parenting can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone. Schedule a consultation with Heart to Heart Counselling and let’s find solutions together.
